Shipping Policy

1. Order Address Responsibility

All products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping details — including street name, number, postal code, apartment/unit number, and any additional information — are complete and accurate before finalizing the order.

Based is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.


2. Recipient Availability

Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. The postal carrier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.

If delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package may be held at the nearest postal office for collection. The recipient must retrieve the package within seven (7) consecutive days. Failure to collect the package within this timeframe will result in the order being returned to the sender.

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.

All delivery attempts and pickup details, including postal office location, can be verified through the tracking system using the tracking code sent to the email address provided at checkout.


3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, the package will be returned to our logistics center. No refund will be issued in such cases.

A reshipping fee of $15 (covering logistics, postal, and handling costs) will be required to resend the order. No additional delivery attempts will be made to the same incorrect address.


4. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. During this period, orders undergo verification, preparation, packaging, and dispatch procedures.


5. Shipping & Tracking

A tracking code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within up to 7 business days after order processing.

As our products are shipped internationally, tracking information may take between 5 to 10 business days to become active and visible on the carrier’s website once the shipment is in transit.


6. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is between 10 and 20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local postal operations.

Based on historical data, approximately 80% of customers receive their orders within 15 business days. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


7. Product Origin

Our products are sourced from certified international suppliers located in Europe and Asia.

Orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments if items are dispatched from different warehouses. In such cases, separate tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment.


8. Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via local and international postal services. In certain circumstances — including regional delivery restrictions or failed delivery attempts — packages may be made available for pickup at the nearest postal office.

The postal carrier will attempt delivery up to three times. If unsuccessful, the package will remain at the local postal office for seven (7) days before being returned to the sender.
